We had a minor inconvenience with the hot water not working, but it was a problem out of the hotel's control. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay at Rycerski. The hotel was spotless and the location was convenient with free parking. The breakfast was nice and the staff at breakfast were friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

This Hotel is great.i did not know what to expect,but it was tops & I stayed another day & would go back again.Breakfast was good & dinner was spot on. 10 out of 10. The WiFi was very good also.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city center. You can easily walk to all the main attractions and shopping areas, and it's just a short distance from the train station. Rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and thoughtful amenities like good lighting and strong showers. Complimentary breakfast buffet was outstanding with a variety of fresh, delicious options. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and friendly.

The parking lot is in an open area, which can be a bit inconvenient if the weather is bad.

The room was very clean and showed an attention to detail. The staff was very friendly and conversant in English and (I think) in German. I liked the variety of food at breakfasts - I was there 6 nights and the menu was a little different each day. The location in the center of the city was very convenient. Overall, I was very pleased and would stay there again. This is a solid 3-star property.

No elevator, but most rooms are up only one flight of stars. (Easier than at the train station!)

The only small issue is lack of curtains in the room. There are blinds, but they do not keep the light away.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Lastly, the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. Everything was within walking distance, including shopping centers and attractions. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel.

Reception 24h, late check-out till 13:00-fantastic!, As I was travelling by night having check-in at 2:00 am! I missed my breakfast, but I was happy to stay longer in the room as I had another long trip ahead. I would stay there again, if they will have a room rate without breakfast.

It will be good to have an option rate without breakfast. Guest, who was walking on high heels in the room woke me up at 06:00 am. Having so spacious rooms without carpet it is causing noise.

The room lacked air conditioning and the vertical slats let in the morning light, which was disturbing. The hallway had poor wifi connection, and there was occasional outside noise that could be heard.
